About Our Office

Help Us Support the Heart and Stroke Foundation in February!

February 1st, 2013

Did you know that there is a correlation between periodontal disease and heart disease? That’s why Dr. Weinstein and our team are excited to announce that our office is supporting the Heart and Stroke Foundation for the month of February!

The Heart and Stroke Foundation is a volunteer-based charity that seeks to eliminate heart disease and stroke and reduce their impact on people’s lives. It accomplishes this through research, the promotion of healthy living, and advocacy.

Last year we launched a campaign and raised almost $1000. This year, we would like to reach out to our patients and our community and double the donations we send to the foundation. Each patient who contributes will be entered into a drawing for a prize!

Smile! June is National Smile Month!

June 13th, 2012

Can you believe it’s already June? Today, our team thought we’d tell you June is National Smile Month, and a good time to remind all our patients to practice good oral hygiene between your visits to our office!
Below are a few simple steps you can take to improve your oral health so that you may celebrate National Smile Month for many, many years to come:
* Brush at least twice a day with fluoride toothpaste.
* Floss everyday to clean between your teeth.
* Reduce your intake of sugary foods and drinks
* Visit us regularly!
If you have questions about any of these tips, we encourage you to give us a call, ask our team during your next visit or ask us on Facebook!
